Dear Oster Elementary Community,

 

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new principal of Oster Elementary for the 2024-2025 school year. It is an honor to join this school community and I am excited to collaborate with students, parents, teachers, staff to continue the tradition of academic excellence and community engagement that Oster is known for.

 

With 17 years of experience in education, I am deeply committed to a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. I believe that education is a partnership between the school, home, and community, and I look forward to working closely with each of you to ensure the success and well-being of our students.

 

I am eager to get to know the Oster community better and to learn about the unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations that make our school special. In the coming weeks and months, I will be meeting with students, parents, teachers, and community members to listen to your insights, ideas, and concerns and to share my vision and goals for our school. I will be on site at Oster Elementary on Thursday, May 16th to meet students, teachers, and tour the campus. I will also be attending the Open House on May 22nd. I am eager to meet the outstanding Oster community. 

 

I am confident that together, we can build upon the foundation that has been established and create a learning environment that is engaging, innovative, and responsive to the diverse needs of our students. I am excited about the possibilities that are ahead and am committed to working with all members of our community to achieve our shared goals.
