We understand that unexpected events may arise throughout the school year, necessitating absences for some students. In these situations please use this Independent Study Request Form to request work for your student during their absence.

 

Note that independent study is for students who will miss 3-14 school days. Missing over 14 days will result in your student's absence being unexcused.

 

Please submit the completed form at least two weeks prior to the start of the independent study period. It is always a safe move to inform your student's teacher about the planned absence as well.
